With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Dodge Comstock of Baldwin City, Kansas, born in Woodstock, Vermont, who passed away on December 14, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Comstock and Lucia Comstock (Webster); his wife Virginia May Hale; his son Kenny; and his brother Dan Comstock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Comstock (Greg Ludvigson) of Baldwin City, KS and Elizabeth Comstock of Hills, Iowa; his brother Carlton Comstock of Springfield, Vermont; his grandchildren, Nick Ludvigson, Allie Szymoniak, Paul Lee and Sam Owen; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Daphne Ludvigson.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be sent to the Music Department at the University of Minnesota Duluth or Visiting Nurses Hospice, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home or directly to the organization.
