He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger White and Anita White (Patrick); and his stepdaughter Karia McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Cindy White; his stepdaughter Alisha McCoy of Bealeton, VA; his stepgrandsons, Brayden Pullen of Bealeton, VA and Ricky Lee Padgett III of Catlett, VA; and his sister Kimberly White Kiechlin (Paul) of Fairfax, VA. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 6 nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and some cousins.
