He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Abel and May Abel; his wife Veronica Gorton; his children, Amie Hessling (Paul) of Falls Church, VA, Ashlea Troth (Brandon) of Baldwin City, Alli Abel (Nathan Sudja) of Baldwin City and Chase Abel of Plattsburg, MO.; and his grandchildren, Gwendalyn Troth, Daegan Sudja, Telsea Sudja and Railynne Sudja. He was also cherished by his wife and friends.
