She is survived by: her husband Daniel Smith of Baldwin City, KS; her children, Juanita Smith (Mark) of Deer Creek, IL, Jim Trent (Krista) of Uniontown, OH and Tom Smith; and her sister Kathy Reinert of Hutchinson, KS. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
