She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmalz and Elizabeth Schmalz; her spouse Thomas L. Maxon; her son Ron Maxon (Joyce); and her stepchildren, Tom, Carol and Don.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Maxon and Tim Maxon (Diane); her siblings, Robert Schmalz (Peggy) and Betty Gravenstein; and her great grandchildren, Heather Maxon and Sandra Moore. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Catholic Charities in care of the funeral home.
