It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Elder of Baldwin City, Kansas, born in Franklin, Kansas, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elder and Ella Elder; his former wife Carolyn Elder; and his siblings, Lindsey Elder, James Elder, Thomas Elder Jr., Donald Elder, Jack Elder, Edith McCuley, Grace Elder and Elizabeth Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Rosann Elder; his siblings, Richard Elder, Carl Elder, Shirley Elder, Rhoda J Currant and Margaret Bischoff; his children, Doug Elder (Diane), Dan Elder (Robyn) and Diana Whaley (Roger); and his stepchildren, Rick Carpenter (Kim), Bob Carpenter (LeAnn), Robin Jones (Max) and Shelia Brecheisen (Lynn). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
