She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester J. Gieber and Helen R. Gieber (Roberts); her husband Jim; and her nephew David Haist. She is survived by: her children, Debra Lawrenz (Ronald) of Lawrence, KS, Daniel Haist of Concordia, KS, Michael Haist (Heloisa) of Wichita, KS, Mark Haist (Teri) of Stockton, MO, Teri Simpson (Bradley) of Canyon, TX, Thomas Haist (DeAnn) of Alva, FL, Rodney Haist (Diane) of Shawnee, KS and Rita Limon (Rick) of Hutchinson, KS; and her siblings, William Gieber (Marvene) of Concordia, KS and Marjorie Blazek of Concordia, KS.. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be left to the St. Concordia Catholic Cemetery Fund or the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Altar Society, Concordia, KS.
