We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 69, Jerold Wayne Seele of Baldwin City, Kansas, born in Lawrence, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Seele and Virgie Mae Seastrom (Anderson); his half-sister Beatrice Brown; his father-in-law Jack Haskins; and his grandparents, Henry and Hulda Seele.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Seele; his children, Kristin Seele Amburgey (Nick) and Jerod Seele; his grandson Thoren Wayne Amburgey of Baldwin City; his brother Danny Seele (Anna); his mother-in-law Darlene Haskins; and his siblings-in-law, David Haskins (Barb), Linda Vandevord (Mike) and Vicki Lozenski (Matt). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the cause closest to his heart, his grandson Thoren Amburgey's education fund. Memorial contributions may be dropped off or mailed to Edward Jones, 723 Eighth Street, Baldwin City, Kansas 66006.
