With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Gene O'Connor (Baldwin City, Kansas), who passed away on January 10, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. O'Connor and Clara O'Connor (Barnett); his former spouse Beverly J. Seyler; his wife Elizabeth Thurman; and his siblings, Ralph, Charles, Wayne, Chloris and Shirley.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Redinger of Baldwin City, KS, Ron O'Connor (Debbie) of Baldwin City, KS, Kenny O'Connor (Odree) of Ottawa, KS, Mike LaRue of Delray Beach, Florida, Michele Parkin (Tom) of Pomona, KS and David Thurman of Boynton Beach, FL; and his sisters, Louise O'Neill of Williamsburg, KS and Patty Watts (John) of Ottawa, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
