He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester John and Sophie Rosol Tarczynski; his wife Marilyn "Diane" Whetstine; his children, Ronald Michael Tarczynski (Jodi) of Burleson, Texas and Shawn Marie Oprisiu (Brian) of Baldwin City, Kansas; his siblings, Shirley Whestine of Canton, Michigan and Chester John Tarczynski Jr. of Novi, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Genovanni, Dakota, Melinda, Brittany, Marissa and Courtney.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Diabetes Association, sent in care of the funeral home.
