She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph V. Christy and Ethel Louise Parker Christy; her husband Loyd A. Straub; her sister Alice M. West; and her brother-in-law Dr. David L. Straub.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Straub (Ron Hucke) and Leslie Straub (Teresa); her grandchildren, Amy Scamehorn (Ben), Susan Richardson (Josh), Shawn Turner (Lindsey), Maria Straub and Eva Straub; and her brother George Christy (Patsy). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
