He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Meyer and Clara Meyer (Haug); his siblings, Vernis, Donald, Mary John Meyer and Mildred; and his siblings-in-law, Marcy Meyer, Dennis Holthaus and Steve Saggars.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Wempe; his children, Michael Meyer (Kristi), Laurie Strathman (Paul), Jeanne Bruna (Tony) and David Meyer (Heather); his siblings, Clarence (JoAnn), Elaine Meyer (Jean Placke), Marilyn Holthaus, Dolores Saggars, Kathy Buessing (Richard) and Janice Tomlinson (Tom); and his sister-in-law Thelma Meyer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
