He is survived by: his wife Marilyn of Baileyville; his children, Keith Koch (Jill) of Topeka and Amy Holthaus (Jeff) of Berryton; his grandchildren, Brady Koch (Sara), Emily Findley (Utah), McKinsey Holthaus, Abbey Koch, Reid Holthaus and Haley Koch; his great grandchildren, Lillyan Koch, Brecken Findley and Norah Koch; and his siblings, Ralph of Axtell, Leroy of Axtell, Carl of Axtell, Roger of Axtell, Michael of Lindsborg, KS, Verita Schmitz of Seneca, Mary Kramer of Grand Junction, CO, Edna Lackey of Axtell, Alice Porting of Axtell, JoAnn Porting of Axtell, Barbara Korte of Goff, KS and Sharon Skalla of Beattie.
