She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hammes and Cornelia "Cora" Stallbaumer Hammes; her husband Eugene F. Heiman; her sisters, Dorothy Bergman Schraad and Cleta Mae Haverkamp; and also, Donald, Gerald, Leo and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Wiebe (Allen) and Dan Heiman (Gloria); her grandchildren, Ashley Herrman (Brian), Craig Wiebe (Kayla), Donovan Heiman (Shania) and Zach Heiman; her great grandchildren, Kylynn, Logan, Casen Herrman, Mariah and Lainey Wiebe; her siblings, Alvin Hammes, Galen Hammes (Dorothy), Larry Hammes, MaryRose Feuerborn (Mark), Richmond and Jeannette Becker (Dave); and her sisters-in-law, Alice Hammes and MaryJane Hammes.
A rosary was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lauer Funeral Home (212 S 4th St, Seneca, KS 66538). Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (357 N 3rd St, Baileyville, KS 66404).
