He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kramer and Rose Kramer (Dalinghaus); and his siblings, Leonard Kramer, Norbert Kramer and Eileen Hasenkamp.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Glynn; his children, Bill Kramer (Caroline), Axtell, Kathy Kramer (Earl), Corning, Mary Deters (Nick), Baileyville, Joan Schroller (Ron) and Oketo; and his siblings, Gladys Durkees, Maryville, Wilma Steinlage, Seneca, Jerry Kramer and Stanberry. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
