He is survived by: his children, Dana Adams (Brian) of Topeka, KS, Jeffrey Tate (Misty) of Wichita, KS and Cayla Tate of Marysville, KS; his grandchildren, Isaac Loseman, Lincoln Tate, Abigail Tate and Nikki Enos-Tate; and his great grandchild Charlotte Godfrey.
