With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Nicholas Lewis of Axtell, Kansas, born in Waynesville, Missouri, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J. Lewis and Ruth H. Lewis (Higbee); his wife Mary Jane; and his siblings, Roger, Johnny, Ruth Ann, David, Jerry and Byron.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Lewis (Susan) of Lawrence, KS; and his siblings, James Lewis of Nashville, TN, Susan Lewis of Boulder, CO and Carolyn Jones of Beattie, KS..
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is established and will be designated later.
