It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vernon Ecton of Augusta, Kansas, born in Squires, Missouri, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isa J. Ecton (Mallonee) and Lewis W. Ecton; his wife Violet Louise "Lou" Ecton (Shelton); and his siblings, Willis, Raymond Ecton and Wanda Cunningham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joann Ecton and Theresa J. "T. J."; his siblings, Jeannie Robb and Larry Ecton; and his grandchildren, Michael Ecton, Taryn Reilly and Tyler Hoge.
