He is survived by: his children, Gary Hizey of Parsons, Karen Sanchez (Nick) of Parsons and Tracy Debald (Sean) of Parsons; his grandchildren, Christopher Shultz (Elaine) of Galesburg, Kayla Thurman (Jordan) of Parsons, Kevin Debald of Parsons and Kyle Debald of Parsons; his great grandchildren, Jaidyn Shultz, Wyatt Shultz, Keagan Heiskell, Karly Waun, Heidi Shultz, Jackson Shultz, Frank O'Banion V, Easton Thurman and Kasen Debald; and his siblings, Bob Hizey of Augusta, Ted Hizey (Sandra) of Galesburg and Judy Newberry of Galesburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
