He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Mae (Smith) and Ralph Dale "Bud" Oltman. He is survived by: his wife Patti (Charvat); his children, Steven Oltman (Amie) of Rosalia, KS, Michelle Speer (Rachel) of Tonkawa, OK, Kelly Ankrom (Sean) of El Dorado, KS and Susan "Susie" Kasper (Cody) of El Dorado, KS; his siblings, Thomas Oltman (Mary) of Oakland, IA, Pamela Olson (Greg) of Olathe, KS and Dr. Christine Oltman of Coralville, IA; and his grandchildren, Gabe, Luke, Matthan Oltman, Taylor, Tanner Kasper and Dom Ankrom.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Headley Funeral Chapel (813 State St, Augusta, KS 67010). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wooden Crosses Cowboy Church (5118 SW 100th St, Augusta, KS 67010).
