She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Pauline (Middaugh) and Donald James Fletcher; her spouse Russell Sibley; her siblings, Yvonne Claire Fletchter and Gary Fletcher; her daughter Vicki; her son-in-law Robert Harrelson; and her granddaughter Emily Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, David Sibley of Augusta, KS, Debra Gragg (John) of Olathe, KS and Loretta Ramsey (Mike) of Park City, KS; her grandchildren, Jameson Gragg (Debbie), Jeremey Gragg, Valerie Duff (Tim) and Matthew Harrelson (Natasha); and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Braedon and Halie Duff.
