He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ann (Rumpf) and Charles Owen "C. O."; his sisters, Charlotte Ratzlaff, Jane Henman and Carmen Laflin (Robert); and his sister-in-law Lenoree Stueven.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Stueven (Knox); his sons, Michael Stueven (Samantha) of Augusta, KS and Scott Stueven (Shannon) of Augusta, KS; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Grace, Emma Stueven and Connor Cunningham; his siblings, William "Bill" Stueven of Augusta, KS, Todd Stueven (Jaime) of Augusta, KS and Deborah McHone (Stan) of Augusta; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn Ratzlaff of Utah and Steven Henman of Augusta. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
