He is survived by: his spouse Jaydena Church (Hatter); his daughters, Stacy Maclaskey (Brian) of Burlington, KS, Carrie Metsker (Charley) of Leon, KS and Regina Sledge (Jason Edwards) of Wichita, KS; his brother Kenny Church (Brenda) of Andover, KS; and his grandchildren, Lainie, Kylie Metsker, Elyssa Sledge, Wyatt, Izzy Edwards and Timothy "Tim" Maclaskey.
