He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M Forpahl and Dorothy Forpahl (Corbin) of Augusta; his former wife Geri Forpahl (Zimmerman); and his brother Eugene "Gene" Forpahl. He is survived by: his wife Anna Forpahl (Frazier); his children, Curtis Rierson (Mandi) of Wichita, Evan Forpahl of Douglass, Brian Zimmerman (Rose) of Cheney, Brent Leedom (Michelle) of Andover, Jacque Forpahl of Wichita, Kristen Evans (Chris) of Dallas, TX, Kim Cannady (Mike) of Augusta and Sherri Leedom of Wichita; and his sisters, Marilyn Clark (Roger) of Pawhuska, OK, Barbara Scheer (Gary) of Tuscon, AZ, Ruth Ann Tipton of Augusta and Carol Hart (Mark) of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
