It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Hollingsworth (Augusta, Kansas), born in Tonganoxie, Kansas, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Slawson and Lillian Hutchinson; her siblings, Rita Dickinson, Kenneth Slawson and Gary Slawson; and her son Philip Hollingsworth.
She is survived by: her close friend Steven; her sons, Nathan, Deanne, Micah and Camille; her granddaughters, Maive Hollingsworth and Margo Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Colene DeHoff-Botts, David (Carolyn), Edward (Carol), Lloyd (Marie Ellen) and Barbara Say (Mark). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
