She was predeceased by: her mother Myrtle Edna (Sanders); her husband Charles Willis Combow; her daughters, Nancy Combow and Beverly Maly; her siblings, Mary Maxine, Lois, Betty, Judy, Bill and Jerry; and her granddaughter Ariel Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Cyphers (Bud) of Augusta, KS, Chuck Combow (Toni) of Merriam Woods, MO, Deborah Patrick of Wichita, KS and Greg Combow (Patti) of Grove, OK; and her grandchildren, Amy Cyphers, Christine Combow, Erin Cyphers, Jason Catlett (Kim), Jennifer Pollard (Jeff), Aaron Alfaro, Cory Combow (Ellie), Joseph Cyphers (Crystal), Dereck Combow, Rian Patrick, Amanda Maly, Laura Swallow (Brandon) and Alex Combow (Sydney). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
