She was predeceased by: her parents, Lota Kephart (Wilkerson) and Omer Kephart; and her husbands, Ray Dulin and Dean Watts. She is survived by: her children, Wade Dulin (Linda) of Wichita, KS, Karen Yost (Bob) of Augusta, KS, Donna Jacot (John) of Moline, KS and Troy Watts of Augusta, KS; and her brother Joe Kephart. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
