Skiles; his children, Ondrea Peppel (Chris) of Douglass, KS, Shawn Dutcher of Enterprise, AL and Angie Mason (Chris) of Fernandina Beach, FL; and his brother Stephen Dutcher (Roberta) of Enumclaw, WA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
