He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Jack" and Kathryn Dowell; his siblings, Floyd, Ronald, Donald and Judith "Sis" Sharp; and his granddaughter Kassondra Hutson.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Latimer; his children, Tim Kolb, Brenda White, Teresa Vaughn, Sandra Aitchison, Gilbert Kolb, Traci Jones, Darren Kolb and Melissa Linot; and his friend Judy Guthrie. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
