He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marley and Hassie Marley (Phillips); his parents-in-law, Bert Burtin and Faye Burtin; his siblings, Kenneth, Lavon, Ernie, Wallace, Lavona, Leona and Geneva; his son-in-law Marc Laubhan; and his nephew Kelly Burtin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Bennett (Burtin); his children, Lee Marley of Augusta, KS, Jeff Marley (Linda) of Ferndale, WA, Scott Bennett (Anita) of Wytheville, VA and Karen Laubhan of Augusta, KS; his grandchildren, Cole, Chelsie, Shelbie Kris, Jason, Hope and Caleb; his brother Gilbert Marley (Katy) of Lebonon, MO; and his friends, John and Donna Hoefgen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
