He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Alice (White) and Austin Bartlet Phillips; his son Robert "Tom" Phillips; and his siblings, David Phillips and Betty Webster.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn L. DeHaven; his daughter Carla Greenfeather (Dale); his daughter-in-law Janet Phillips; and his grandchildren, Alex Greenfeather (Ashlee), Alan Greenfeather, Kendra Faul (Jeff), Cassandra Abert (Lane), Mallory Heimerman (Austin), Austin Phillips (Christa) and Kyle Phillips (Kenzie). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
