John Duane Hammans Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Duane Hammans (Augusta, Kansas), who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milford and Ethel Louise Hammans; and his brother Paul Hammans. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Gail Teague (John Merck) of Augusta, Gay Lynn Strong (Bill) of Denver and Quenton Rumbaugh (Tonia) of White City; his brother Gail Hammans (Yvonne); and his wife Linda Rumbaugh (Douglass). He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Augusta Church of Christ, 3500 Ohio Street, Augusta, KS 67010.
