She was predeceased by: her husband James Fulk; her parents, Lenora Forbes and Ray Forbes; and her sisters, Phyllis Cline and Betty Forbes.
She is survived by: her children, Jaynie Kittle (Jim) of Augusta, KS and Jay Fulk (Shannon) of Rose Hill, KS; and her grandchildren, Jason Kittle (DeeDee) of Andover, KS, Jeremy Kittle (Kortney) of Wichita, KS, Gunner Fulk of Rose Hill, KS and Sydney Weekley (Brent) of Augusta, KS. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
