He is survived by: his spouse Dala Ramsey (Hey); his daughter Kayla Frazier (Joe) of Augusta, KS; his siblings, Preston "Junior" Ramsey of Trenton, MO, Cindy Smith of Wichita, KS, Clara Register (Ron) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Elaine Burt (Gary) of Fall River, KS and Billy Townsley of Ft. Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Harper James and Hollyn Jo Frazier.
