She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Powers (Shuey) and Lee Powers; her husband Harold Allen Willing; and her siblings, Howard Powers, Leona McDowell, Jewell Mahannah and Rodney Powers. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces and her great nephews and great nieces.
