He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Underwood (Newton) and Jean Underwood; and his brother Mark Underwood. He is survived by: his spouse Lee Ann Underwood (Barker); his daughter Morgian Cannady (Zach) of Augusta, KS; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Grace, Ainsley, Kyndall, Mason and Fallyn.
