She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Marietta (Van Bibber) and Roy Veree Rowland; her husband Rufus LaVern "Vern" Cooper; and her siblings, Duane Rowland and Jolene Broomfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Cooper of Wichita and Denise Cooper of Augusta; her brother James Rowland (Dianne) of Philadelphia, PA; her siblings-in-law, John Broomfield of Towanda and Beverly Rowland of Augusta; and her grandchildren, Arianna and Caleb McElwee.
