He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Trecil Sheldon and Cora Wiletta Whitesel (Trick); his wife Velva Jean Cash; his brother Floyd; his daughters, Marsha Owen (Carl) of Augusta Kansas and Sherrie Elkins (Jesse) of Ot; his grandchildren, Garrett Owen (Rita), Lindsey Leath (Ben) of Dallas Texas, Jessica Wil (Mike), Christiansburg of Virginia, Hannah Weaser (Garrett) of Katy Texas and Ezekiel Elkins of Ottumwa Iowa; his great grandchildren, Braxon, Seriphina Owen, McKena, Aundrea, Adalyn Willis and Emma Weaser; his brother Verle Whitesel of Gainesville Florida; and his sister-in-law Margie Whitesel. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and many special lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hope Community Church, where Doyle attended, or to Zion Com-munity Church of God, 15720 Copperhead Rd, Ottumwa Iowa 52501, where his other son n law and daughter pastor.
