He is survived by: his close friend Katherine Atkins; and his children, Donald Duane Haynes Jr. of Beloit, Terry Dean Haynes of Augusta, Kansas and Trudy Diane Haynes of Douglass, Kansas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
