He is survived by: his children, Justin Maggard (Lena) of Augusta, Melody Thompson (Tracy) of Moran and Michelle Maggard of New Hampshire; his niece Erin Kern (Lafe); his nephew David Davis; and his close friends, Ronnie and Gary Fisher. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
