He is survived by: his children, Shane Applegate, Kyle Applegate and Ashley Applegate; his grandchildren, Jack Crosby, Jenna Crosby, Karsyn Pool, Jason Breig, Kellen Lawrence, MacKenzie Applegate and Kylus Applegate; and his sister Priscilla Applegate-Stanley.
