He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Jacobi of Atkins, Iowa.; his daughter Valisa Jo Schneider (Matt) of Connecticut; his fiancé Micayla Freking of Kansas; his siblings, Connie Ternus (Marty), Mark Jacobi (Amy), Mike Jacobi (Traci), Linda Clark (Kerry), Jason Jacobi (Nicole Poletika) and Jennifer Wilson (Jon); and his nephews, Joshua Freking (Lori), Adam Freking (Keely) and Alex Freking (Haley). He is also survived by many close friends and relatives.
