He was predeceased by: his parents, Duff E. Middleton and Ruth B. Middleton (Herndon); and his brother Jack Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his brother Wilbur. He is also survived by 6 children, 20 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
