She is survived by: her children, Sherri Leedom, Kim Cannady (Mike) and Brent Leedom (Michelle); her grandchildren, Erika Roberts (Trint), Logan Hayden (Julianne), Jordan Cannady (Mary), Maddy Leedom and Easton Leedom (Sydnie); her great grandchildren, Taylen, Ensley, Callahan and Connell; her brother Joe Frazier (Linda); her children, Curtis Forpahl (Mandi), Evan Forpahl, Brian Zimmerman (Rose), Jacque Forpahl and Kristen Evanson (Curtis); her grandchildren, Gracey, Ethan, Eli, Nora, Gwen, Hank, Cale, Tony (Kiyona), Grant, Olivia and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Little Tony and Karsyn.
