She was predeceased by: her son Mark Forpahl; and her sister Velva Jean Rathbun. She is survived by: her husband Gene; her sons, Greg Forpahl (Betty) of Augusta, KS, Chris Forpahl (Susan) of Baton Rouge, LA and Scott Forpahl (Robin) of El Dorado, KS; her sister JoAnn Rymel; her grandchild Amanda Casteel of Eric Forpahl; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Chris, Caden and Travis.
