It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Edward Pressnell III of Augusta, Kansas, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Vernissa Malone (Briscoe); his wife Joy Lee Pressnell (Drake); and his brother Claude Pressnell. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony "Torch" Pressnell of Wichita, KS and Alan Pressnell of El Dorado, KS; his sister Florence Daly of Marshfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Cody Booth (Kay), Ammie Turner (Richard), Kim Phillpott and Kevin Bork (Katie). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
