He is survived by: his former wife Josephine Dowd; his wife Karen Lee Young; his children, Vicki Jo Bennett (Shane) of Silver Lake, Travis Edward Benteman (Valerie) of Topeka, Darcy Lee Benteman of Auburn and Cody Kipp Benteman of Auburn; and his sisters, Mabel Beem of Marion and Martha Mullins of Yeager.
