Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Theresa Rose Chvatal of Atwood, Kansas, born in Herndon, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 87, on April 27, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S. Leitner and Barbara Leitner (Kleidosty); and her siblings, Eunice Riepl Braxmeyer and Roy Leitner. She is survived by: her husband Frankie; her children, Scott Chvatal, Karen Leibbrandt (Greg), Mike Chvatal and Mitch Chvatal (Angela); and her brother Wayne Leitner (Cathy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to the Atwood Country Club Ladies Golf Association, or Ace Foundation for Frank and Theresa Chvatal Scholarship fund and sent in care of Baalmann Mortuary.
