We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 79, Roger Wayne Carlson of Atwood, Kansas, born in Stratton, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Carlson and Effie Carlson (Hay); and his brother Lanny. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Bell (Tucker); and his children, Dean Carlson of Rogersville, MO, Dennis (Stephanie Carlson), Becky Chvatal of Atwood, Tyler (Tonya Carlson), Gwen (Greg Jones), Sarah (Mike Thompson), Susan (Eric Flavin) and Wexford.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Rawlins County Health Center, Rawlins County EMS or Rawlins County Fire and Rescue and sent in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
