He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dill and Daphne Dill; and his siblings, William Jr., Michael and Karen.

He is survived by: his wife Elena Gay; his children, Roddy (Rebecca), Kevin (Erin), Tiffany (Dan) and Melanie (Shawn); and his siblings, Debbie (Jamie), Larry (Sue), Terry (Jo) and Tommy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
