We bid farewell to Rodney Sydney Dill of Atwood, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 23, 2024 at the age of 83. Rodney Sydney touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dill and Daphne Dill; and his siblings, William Jr., Michael and Karen.
He is survived by: his wife Elena Gay; his children, Roddy (Rebecca), Kevin (Erin), Tiffany (Dan) and Melanie (Shawn); and his siblings, Debbie (Jamie), Larry (Sue), Terry (Jo) and Tommy. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church - Atwood (508 N Railroad Ave, Atwood, KS 67730). A vigil service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (Hwy 36, Atwood Township, KS 67730).
